RN – Case Manager
Seeking full time RN Case Manager for group health. Job includes assessing patient needs, develop plans of care, tracking patient progress, monitoring quality of care and determining benefit savings. Candidates should have an active Georgia Nursing license, have a minimum 3 years clinical experience (perfereably in acute care, transplant, oncology, or med/surg) and should be knowledgeable with Microsoft office.
